Habit Tracker
Got 2 range sessions in with a few days of putting practice at home on the new mat (which I'm in LOVE with!).
The first range session was just chipping as I was a little tired but wanted to get some short game practice in, and the second range session was focused mainly on driver.
I feel so much better swinging when I hit balls at least every 3-4 days, so that’s my new goal between practice or playing. Then putting at home to fill in the rest and onwards and upwards!
Training Log
Resistance Train (Gym): 2
Conditioning (Road Bike): 0
Tough week schedule-wise for me so I wasn’t able to get any early-morning rides in.
The plus side that without the conditioning I was able to focus on strength training a little more, so definitely pushed the needle forward in that direction.
Hoping to get back on the bike once or twice this week to stay balanced.
Skill Practice
This didn’t feel like a good range session.
I was a little antsy and a little frustrated with not feeling smooth, but in reality it wasn’t all that bad.
In either case I don’t dwell on range sessions. A bad vs good, who cares. What’s important is I was out there, practicing, with the intent to get better.
Don’t dwell on your practice! Be like a goldfish Sam…
Golf Performance
No rounds this week unfortunately, but may be a good thing to take a week off to collect myself.
Have something special cooking up for next week…
Wrap-Up
A relatively light week on the Project Par front, but, I have something very exciting coming up this week that I am excited to report on.
I can’t spoil the surprise yet…
But…
Improvements are coming…
